These terms apply when you visit pdfguidenexa.com ("OneBuck Store", "we", "us") or buy a kit from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What we sell

OneBuck Store sells digital how-to kits: PDF guides with copy-paste prompts for AI tools. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists what is included. Kits marked "in the works" are not for sale yet; leaving your email only asks us to tell you when they open.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout, including any tax we are required to collect. Payment is processed by PayPal through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your card details. We may change prices for future orders; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

3. Discount codes

Discount codes (for example, codes shown in our videos) have their own limits, such as a number of uses, one use per customer, or an end date. A code can end without notice once its limit is reached. Codes have no cash value.

4. Delivery

Your download link appears on the order page right after checkout and is sent to the email address you give us. If it does not arrive, contact us and we will send it again.

5. Your licence

When you buy a kit you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for yourself and your own business. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it elsewhere, or pass it off as your own. All content remains ours.

6. Not professional advice

Our kits are educational guides. They are not legal, tax, financial or business advice. We do not promise any sales, income or results; what happens depends on your product, your market and your work. Check any legal or tax question with a qualified professional in your country.

7. Third-party tools

The kits refer to tools made by other companies, such as Shopify, PayPal and AI chat apps. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, Etsy, Meta, TikTok or any other company we mention. Those tools have their own terms, prices and rules, which can change. Always check AI output before you use it.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our kits, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
