Every product sold by OneBuck Store is a digital file (PDF) delivered immediately after purchase. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once the download has been delivered, except in the cases below or where the law where you live says otherwise.
Please read the product description before buying so you know exactly what is included.
When we will put things right
We will replace a purchase, or refund it where a replacement isn't possible, if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
- You received a different kit from the one you ordered.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The download link never arrived and we are unable to deliver the file to you.
Email support@pdfguidenexa.com or use our contact form within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal).
Your consumer rights
Some countries give consumers a legal right to cancel a purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Licence to use the files
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the kit for your own use. Reselling, sharing publicly, or redistributing the file is not permitted.
