HALO

HALO

A desk lamp for the hours after the daylight goes.

07:40
Morning. On the desk it is just an object.
HALOLoading the day

Most of the day it should look like nothing.

HALO lamp: a slim charcoal aluminium column with a white opal glass ring at the top

No shade, no visible bulb, no switch on the cable. A ring of opal glass on a column of machined aluminium.

01
Opal glass ring

Hand-blown, 6 mm thick. Lit from inside its edge, so the whole ring glows evenly.

02
Knurled base

The bottom 3 cm of the column is the dimmer. Turn it and the light warms as it fades.

03
Charcoal aluminium

Anodised, satin finish. Heavy enough that the cord never drags it.

One turn, from reading light to candle.

Reading. Warm enough for 10 pm, bright enough for a page of small print.

HALO is a concept. The page is the real work.

We invented this lamp to show what a launch page can do: one product render, turned into a whole day at a desk that plays as you scroll. Launching something real? We'll make this for your product.
